About DVW Surveys

Diana O’Grady has over 30 years experience in the human resources consulting field, specializing in compensation and organization research surveying (design, analysis and report preparation of employee/customer opinion and compensation surveys).  Diana’s experience was initially developed from within a major human resources consulting firm, working with clients in both the public and private sectors as well as on joint management/union initiatives.

 

Diana O’Grady started her own firm, DVW Surveys, in late 2000 and provides assistance/conducts assignments either working directly with clients or in partnership with other consultants in the following areas:

 

Compensation

·   Design, analysis, report preparation and management of all elements of compensation surveys

·   Spreadsheet and database statistical analyses (job evaluation factor weighting/modelling, policy line/salary structure development, regression analysis)

·   Market pricing of all position levels within an organization

·   Development of job evaluation/incentive administration programs in Excel

·   Support in the design, development and implementation of compensation plans (job evaluation, job description, salary management, variable/incentive compensation, performance management)

Credentials/Qualities:

·   Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

·   Business Administration Program Diploma

·   High level of MS Word/Excel usage

·   Organization Research statistical/reporting tools (web-based or paper/pencil)

·   Elevated attention to detail and client service

·   Strong analytical skills and work ethic

·   Ability to converse with all levels of client, from CEO to junior clerk
